Chicken Fillet Sandwiches like Fast Food Giants Make

Sara Lee round deli sandwich buns (big)
Tyson boneless chicken breasts 3

Breading Mix:

Chicken Fillet Sandwich recipe

Chicken Fillet Sandwich

2 cups all purpose flour
5 tbls. powdered sugar
1 tsp. pepper
3 tbls. kosher salt

Marinating Liquid:

2 large eggs beaten with whisk
1 and 1/2 cup milk

Deep Fryer:

3 cups peanut or veg. oil

Use 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts removed from freezer to fridge.

The next day while they are partially still frozen butterfly each breast in half splitting it open to forn a huge thinner breast. You’ll have 3 pieces of huge chicken breast, pound each piece with a meat pounder until about 1/2 thick or thinner.

Orange Cranberry Glazed Ham

Ingredients needed to make Orange Cranberry Glazed Ham:

7 lb. cooked, smoked ham
1 cups packed brown sugar
1/4 cups packed brown sugar

3/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 tbsp butter

whole cloves
1 1/2 tbsp prepared mustard
2 tsp all purpose flour

orange slices and cranberries for garnish

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Carefully cut the skin off of the ham and score it with a sharp knife. Place whole cloves inside the scored areas and put the ham in a roasting pan that has a rack to bake. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Read more…

Honey Glazed Ham Recipe

Ingredients needed to make Honey Glazed Ham:

6 lb. cooked ham
2 cups honey
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
2/3 cups butter

1/8 tsp white pepper
1/4 cup whole cloves 

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Line a roasting pan with foil and place the ham with the cut side down onto the pan. Score the outside of the ham with a sharp knife and place the whole cloves down into the scored areas. Read more…
