Perfect Easy Pie Crust

In the food processor
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbls granulated sugar

Pulse ingredients together to combine

Then add:
1 cup cold margarine (cut into cubes and
very cold)
1 tsp vanilla extra

Pulse a couple of times
Then add 1/4 cup ice cold water
Pulse couple last times to combine
Pour out onto a well floured surface

Use your hands to form the dough into a ball even if it’s very crumbly it will still form your ball.

Flatten it out with your hands so it looks like a large very thick pancake.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refridgerate 1 hour

After that you can do whatever you’d like with it. Roll it out on a floured surface using a floured rolling pin and well floured hands.

When you get the shape you want put it in your pie pan and get your ingredients ready for your pie’s filling.

If you make this once you will never go back to paying over $2.00 for the famous name brand ready pie crust dough. Make it homemade.
