Easy Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

2 eggs
8 oz cool whip
1 box cake mix
powdered sugar

Directions:

stir 2 egg whites into a bowl with a 8 oz tub of cool whip, add a boxed cake mix, stir well. Use spoon to scoop out a spoonful of batter and dip spoon into dish of powdered sugar, then drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Notes:

You can use chocolate cool whip and a chocolate cake mix. Regular cool whip and a white cake mix. Regular cool whip and a lemon cake mix, etc.

Butter Pecan Cookie Recipe

Ingredients needed to make Butter Pecan Cookies:

1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup butter

2 cups pecan halves
2 cups milk chocolate chips

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of the brown sugar and the flour and mix well. Add the 1/2 cup melted butter and blend until the mixture resembles cornmeal. Spread the mixture into a 13×9 inch baking pan.
Spread the pecan over the top of the mixture. Read more…

No Bake Chocolate Cookie Recipe

Ingredients needed to make No Bake Chocolate Cookies:

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1/2 stick butter

1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup peanut butter
pinch of salt

3 cups oatmeal

Preparation Instructions:

Combine milk, cocoa, sugar and butter in a pan and bring to a boil. As soon as the mixture has boiled for one minute, add vanilla, coconut, peanut butter, salt and oatmeal immediately and stir until well blended.

Using a spoon, drop the mixture onto waxed paper in the desired size and allow to cool.
