Pumpkin Bread Recipe
Ingredients needed for Pumpkin Bread:
[ad#336x280-r]2 cups canned pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil
3 cups sugar
1 cup water
4 eggs
3 1/3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp ground cloves
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, vegetable oil, sugar, eggs and water and beat until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Combine all of the other ingredients into a separate bowl and mix well. Add the dry mixture into the pumpkin mix a little at a time, mixing well. When all the mixtures are combined, beat the mix until it has a smooth consistency.
Grease 2, 9×5 loaf pans and lightly dust them with flour. Divide the mixture and pour it into the pans. Bake for about an hour, or until a toothpick can be inserted into the thickest area and comes out clean.
Pumpkin bread is delicious plain, but you can top it with butter or cream cheese for a extra treat!

Cranberry Muffin Recipe
Ingredients needed for Cranberry Muffins:
]1 1/2 cups halved cranberries
1 cup confectioners sugar
4 cups flour
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
6 tsp baking powder
2 beaten eggs
1/2 melted butter
2 cups milk
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place confectioners sugar and cranberries in a bag, or bowl to coat the berries with the sugar and set aside.
Combine all of the dry ingredients together and add eggs, butter and milk. Stir lightly until the mixture is completely moist, don’t beat the mixture.
Stir in the berries and spoon the mixture into a greased muffin pan filling each section about 2/3 full. Bake for 30 minutes.

Cranberry Bread Recipe
Ingredients needed to make Cranberry Bread:
1 orange
2 tbsp butter
boiling water
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup cut cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup flour
Preparation Instructions:
Squeeze the juice out of the orange and grate the peel. Add butter and enough boiling water to the orange juice to equal about 3/4 cup of liquid. Let the mixture cool.
Once cooled add all of the dry ingredients to the orange juice mixture and mix. Add the egg and mix until it is thoroughly blended.
In a separate container, mix the nuts and cranberries together and coat them with the 1/2 cup flour. Add the nuts and cranberries to the juice mixture and mix well, the batter will be stiff.
Bake the bread in greased loaf pans for one hour at 350 degrees, or until done. The bread is done when a toothpick can be inserted in the middle of the loaf and come out clean.
